Looking for a flatmate near Hammersmith!

Hello! We are Barbara and Carla.

We are two besties from Barcelona and we moved in together 4 years ago when we came to work to London. We both studied in the UK and now we are full time professionals in the city.

Our flatmate is leaving and we are looking for someone who matches our energy to move in to the flat. We work in the culture industry and love music, concerts, museums, long walks, endless hours of talking, good food and travel.

We appreciate having our own space but we socialise in the flat and outside as well. So we are looking for someone that can respect alone time, but who's also up for a movie night! We don't need to be besties, we know that's not always possible but let's be friendly :)

We are very neat, the flat is old, but we have improved the decor and we keep it very clean. We have a weekly schedule of house duties (we can revise it and adapt it to your needs). One of us works from home and the other one has a hybrid pattern.

The flat is in Shepherd's Bush, a 3 minute walk from Goldhawk Road Station, 15 minute walk to Hammersmith and Westfield. Our contract ends on the 21st September and we are renewing, we don't know the total price yet but it would be £750 maximum. Bills not included. We have Vodafone broadband (£11 per person), Council tax is around £46 per person and electricity and gas is around £35 per person depending on the season. Water is paid once a year, this year is already covered, and it is usually £160 (to be paid again March 2025).
