Sadly, our lovely flatmate is moving out with her boyfriend, so we are looking for a sociable, clean/tidy, non-smoker 24-27 year old girl who is all round good vibes to move in.
The room itself is upstairs in a smaller double that comes with all the essentials (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers) as well as a separate cupboard outside the room for extra space. It’s on the sunny side of the house, so very light and a nice view onto our lovely residential street. We have two bathrooms, one upstairs and one down.
The rent is super cheap at £615, with bills approx £120-130 a month. Deposit at £750.
The flat is located just a 10 minute walk to Ravenscourt Park tube station & 15 minute walk to Goldhawk Road & 25 minutes commute to Paddington.
There are lots of nice coffee shops and pubs nearby, as well as being walking distance from Hammersmith and Chiswick so it’s a super convenient location and great landlord too.
You’ll be living with three female professionals, two Brits and a Kiwi: Lauren 🇬🇧 25 working in Market Research hybrid, Reena 🇬🇧 26 working in Marketing remote, and Gina 🥝 25 working in merchandising hybrid.
We have our own things going on and respect each others space, but also love to have movie night and go to clubs/pubs as a house every now and then.
