Description
My housemate and I are venturing out East and are looking for two girls to take over our rooms and lease.
Bedroom 1 is a small unfurnished double but with lots of built in storage. It’s cozy but light and with a nice outlook with trees. It’s £850/month
Bedroom 2 is a good sized double also with good built in storage. It comes furnished with a large double bed with built in drawers and bedside tables. Its window has the same nice green outlook. It’s £950/month
These rooms share a bathroom with a shower bath combo (with good water pressure) and under sink built in storage.
The flat itself is lovely and light. The open plan living room and kitchen are at the top of the terrace and have lovely sunset views. There is a comfy couch and lots of shelving and cupboards for glasses, books or ornaments.
The kitchen has a granite bench top, gas hob, double sink and under bench fridge and freezer (both a good size and surprisingly capacious). There are chairs but no dining table.
Out a large window/door off the stairs is a fair size outdoor space on the roof which sits 4 comfortably and is lovely of an evening with friends and a drink.
The house occupies 2.5 levels, with Bedroom 1 a half flight down from bedroom 2 and the bathroom.
You’ll be living with Emma who has been in the flat for 18 months and has with the master w ensuite. Emma likes to spend her time volunteering at the community theatre, is part of a choir and enjoys a musical or show and chill nights in watching a movie.
We’ve really loved living in the area, it has great access to Ravenscourt Park, walks along the river and lots of great pubs and cute cafes. It’s within 10-20 minutes walk to the District, circle, Hammersmith and city, central and Piccadilly lines and the overground. It’s really safe and has a nice community feeling.
The landlord has been great, he is very contactable and prompt at addressing any issues (minimal). I. e. he replaced an old vacuum with a new Dyson.
The rooms are available from 22 September and we will be transferring the lease over with an extension due in late November for up to 18-24 months. We would share the £50 transfer between the 4 of us and you will need to be able to pass affordability checks.
If it sounds like a good fit for you, send through a message with a little about yourself and when you can view the room. We’ll be doing viewings in the next week or so!
