Double Room In Lovely Flat Near Hammersmith

We have a lovely double room available in our spacious and cosy home near Hammersmith and are looking for a friendly flatmate to join us!

The room is small but so cosy and with beautiful views out of the skylight. There is a small wardrobe in the shared landing for the housemate of this room. There is underbed storage, a chest of drawers, a fold down desk and some shelving in the room. The bathroom is downstairs and would only be shared with one other person as the one of the rooms is an ensuite.

We’ve got a great kitchen with a huge gas hob, gas oven, and electric oven which is ideal for cooking and a spacious living room for movie nights.

The flat is in a really great location - we’re in between Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush and Chiswick. 15 minute walk away from Ravenscourt Park and Stamford Brook and 20 mins away from Hammersmith station. Lots of cute cafes and parks around too.

There are two other flatmates and we’re both in our 20s:

Lara (me) - I’m 25, i work in TV and WFH 2-3 days a week. I love everything film and tv related and love going to gigs, plays, the cinema, galleries, reading, cooking and exploring new areas but also love a chill day at home.

Christina - I’m 28, full time professional, working on site every day. In my free time I do some yoga and maybe go out for a drink or two and explore the area. I also like to cook with people, have fun chats and watch trash TV when I am in.

Council tax and electricity is included. Gas bill and wifi is extra every month. Right now its coming to £30ish each a month. In winter it's about £65ish each a month.

We are looking for a housemate that is friendly, clean, and a professional that works full-time. We’ve had flatmates before with dogs and we’d be open to living with a dog again but would depend on temprament.
