I am looking for someone to join me in this 2 bed flat in W12 from beginning of November.
It’s located a 4 min walk from Sheperd’s Bush station (Central line), loads of shops and Westfield shopping centre. Such a good location and lots of stuff going on plus great connections to the city.
The flat is on the top floor, 3rd floor, nice secure mansion block. Both rooms are a great size, super light, modern, warm, and the flat itself is very nice. Comes with a bed, mattress, drawers & wardrobe and plenty of room for a desk. Everything looks exactly like the pics (the scaffolding isn’t there anymore).
I am 24 working in digital marketing, wfh 2 or 3 days a week.
The room is £1100 pcm excluding bills which won’t be much. Would love to find a like minded someone to become good friends with, who’s a similar age & working professional to join me
