En-suite room in quiet house

One double bedroom with en-suite in quiet, bright and clean house. Just finished decorating the room. Will add a bigger cupboard. Kitchen to share sometimes with myself and another mature student. Wifi, water and council tax included but electricity and gas to be charged according to consumption ( 1/3 of total - as a ball part figure a third of last year bill in December was £90 in the summer it is 50p a day). Open to short stay (till Christmas) in which case the rent will be 1100/ month. Suitable for mature student. Max till July. Please send messages/text . I will not answer calls. Thank you :-)
