A lovely, fully furnished room is available in a 3-bedroom flat in W12, conveniently located near White City, Shepherd’s Bush, and Shepherd’s Bush Market stations. Excellent transport links with multiple train lines and bus stops nearby.

About the Flat:

• Not a ground-floor flat with shared garden access (lovely neighbors included!).
• Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer, microwave, coffee machine, oven, stove, and more.
• Bathroom with shower and bath.
• Fully heated, and all bills included.
• Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood.

Both flatmates work hybrid jobs and often work from home. There’s a large table in the shared space that’s perfect for remote work during the day, but the room also has a cozy workspace if you prefer more privacy while working.

The room is available from January 17th until the end of March, with the rest of January already paid for! Move-in and out dates can be flexible. Rent is at a discounted rate due to my existing contract.

We’re ideally looking for a female in her 20s who enjoys a clean, relaxed home and is sociable with flatmates. You’ll be sharing with two lovely girls who are friendly and laid-back.
