Description
Hello there!
We are 3 young professionals looking for a new housemate to replace our friend who’s leaving us at the start of feb to move into her own flat that she's bought. As shes still waiting on some information about her exchange date, your move in date could be either the 8th or 15th feb. We will update this ad as soon as we find out which date it will fall on.
About us:
Charlie (27M), Jo (34F), and Megs (32F), work in HR, film and prop styling. Charlie and Jo work hybrid between the office and home, whilst Megs works freelance so is sometimes at home during the day and sometimes works out in London.
We enjoy hanging out in the living room together to watch TV, going to a local pub or restaurant and occasionally enjoy a night out or gig together. Every now and then, we also like inviting friends over for dinner or a drink.
We have a cleaner every two weeks and as a house, keep the communal areas clean in between their visits with a rota.
We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and respectful as well as someone who enjoys socialising whilst also enjoying their own space. We would love someone to move in who also wants to contribute to making this house our home.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, please get in touch with us and leave us some information about yourself and what you’re looking for in a home.
Important house info:

- 1 full family bathroom, and an additional separate toilet
