Bright and Cozy Double Room

Double room available for a six-month tenancy.
You'll be sharing the place with four other friendly and tidy flatmates, who come from a mix of european countries, and are a mix of working and studying.
The flat is in W12, transport zone 2. It's close to East Acton tube station and the central line (an 8 minute walk), and also very close to a Lidl supermarket (just 5 minutes walk). It's technically in Shepherd's Bush, but more like East Acton imo.
The room itself is furnished, including a double bed, desk, and storage, and is well heated. It gets good light and has a yard view. You'll be sharing the downstairs bathroom with just one other person.
The tenancy runs until September 2025, with a break clause, or you can sign on again-one of the others has been here for years.
The move in date is somewhat flexible but as I am going travelling soon I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy ASAP
