We're moving out of our room early and looking for someone to take over our lease until it ends.

We’ve already moved out of the room and are looking for someone to take over the lease as soon as possible until it ends in late July. We’re advertising the room at a very affordable rate so we can recover at least some of the rent. The room is empty and ready for someone to move in immediately.
