We are looking for 2 new girls to move into our lovely flat in Hammersmith / Shepherds Bush / Chiswick area! We have lived in the flat for a few years now and absolutely love it here🤍 Our road is full of cafes, restaurants, lots of shops and so close to Ravenscourt Park.
The rent price per room is £825 and all bills including council tax are between £80-£100 each month! The move in date is end of July. Please note you will need a UK based guarantor to pass the referencing checks!
The closest tube station is Stamford Brook / Ravenscourt Park / Goldhawk Road (10-15 mins walk away) and the bus directly outside the flat takes you into Hammersmith, and the bus at the end of our road takes you directly into central!
A bit about us - you’ll be living with myself, 22, and Steph, 24 we love to do things together at the weekend, gym, run, go to the theatre, watch a series or movie - loving Mafs Aus atm!! And also dinner and drinks!! We are looking for girls who are clean and tidy and also that we can be friends with too rather than just housemates.
