Comfortable room in Uxbridge from September

Hello! I'm moving out from London, so I'm looking for someone to take over my room anytime after 25th September.

🛏 The room:
Small but cozy with window, fully furnished with bed, cupboard, desk + chair (you can also request for them to be removed if you don't need it)

🏡 The flat:
* 4-room flat with a shared bathroom and kitchen/living room
* Washing machine and fridge
* Natural light

🚶‍♀ Location:
* Right in front of bus stop
* 10 min walk to Shepherd Bush's Market and Station
* Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Lidl all nearby
* Right on Uxbridge road with lovely (+ halal) restaurants and shops

👯‍♀ The Flatmate:
You’ll be living with 3 friendly other person, 2 females and 1 males.

Important info:
* Bills come up to approx £295 excluding council tax
* Have weekly cleaner for communal area
* The landlord is a company and they manage all repairs really quickly & well, so no bad landlord issues:)

Ideally looking for someone clean and friendly!
