We’re two friendly and easygoing flatmates (Natasha - 29 tech/fitness & Lucy 30- Marketing) looking for a new housemate as our lovely flatmate is moving out of London.

The room
• Small and cosy double overlooking a peaceful street 🌳
• Comes with a double bed and wardrobe with extra storage outside the room and space for further storage in the room✨
• Rent: £560 per month plus bills (bills approx. £105 including council tax, WiFi, etc.)
• Move-in: Flexible between 28th September- mid October 2025.
• Contract: Minimum 12 months

• First floor of a Victorian terrace
• 3 bedrooms, shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom
• Council tax band: D
• Mainly veggie household but open-minded
• Super quick WiFi

Location
• 15-min walk to Chiswick (coffee, pubs, wholesome vibes)
• Westfield 15 min walk
• Tube stations: Ravenscourt Park, Shepherds Bush Market, Shepherds Bush (Zone 2) – all within 10–15 mins 🚇

Us
We’ve been here for 4 years and love it. We enjoy flat dinners now and then but also value our independence. Friendly, chilled vibe.
