A bright and generously sized double room is available in a calm and friendly flat. The flat is well-connected, fully furnished (aside from the bed, which you can buy from the current tenant if needed), and has a warm, welcoming feel throughout.

We’re in a really well-connected location, with the Piccadilly, District, Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Central lines all within 20 minutes walk.

A Bit About Me:

I’m a 31-year-old professional female who values a calm and tidy space to unwind in. I enjoy a glass of wine by the river and the occasional pub evening (hopefully you can join me in those), running, binge watching series and travelling whenever I can. I work from home a couple of days a week, but travel quite a bit for work so you can expect to have the flat to yourself for around 15 weekends per year.

Who I'm Looking For:

Someone who’s friendly, respectful, and looking for more than just a place to crash, this is a lovely home. Ideally, you’re clean, sociable (but also appreciate quiet time), and keen to create a relaxed, easy-going vibe.
