My partner and I are urgently seeking a 3rd tenant or couple to fill in a last minute drop out for a 2 bed 1 bathroom flat in Shepherd’s Bush. The flat has two huge bedrooms and a third room which will be used as a shared living space/living room. Close to Shepherd’s Bush Station and Goldhawk Road Station with very convenient and fast links to central London. Rent is £2400 pcm not including bills. Split will be £1200 per room.
I am 32 and work full-time in the tech industry. My partner is 24 and currently undertaking a Master’s degree at LSE, and is an Australian qualified lawyer. We both recently moved over here from Sydney, Australia for her postgraduate studies.
We had originally planned to move in with another couple however they have had a recent change in personal circumstances and have had to drop out, so we are urgently seeking another individual or couple to share with. Security deposit is £1200 + 5 weeks rent
