Lovely Room Hammersmith/Shepherds Bush

Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a replacement tenant for my lovely flat as I’ll be relocating soon — move-in date is from 1st of December.

The flat is bright, spacious, and full of character, shared with two wonderful professional girls (both 27) who are friendly, respectful, and create a really nice, relaxed atmosphere at home. We enjoy chatting over a cup of tea or dinner sometimes, but also value our own quiet moments.

The living room is bright and welcoming, perfect for relaxing or sharing a meal together, and there are two toilets, which makes the space super convenient for everyone.

The room itself is very cosy, with plenty of storage, great natural light, and excellent soundproof windows that keep the warmth in during winter. The flat also has a small balcony, which we’ve absolutely loved during summer — perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

The area is beautiful and very well connected — about 20 minutes’ walk to both Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush, surrounded by lovely cafés, restaurants, and green spaces. Best of all, Ravenscourt Park is literally across the road — a stunning park full of trees, gardens, and open spaces, perfect for nature lovers or anyone who enjoys a peaceful escape in the middle of the city.

Stamford Brook (District Line) – 8 min walk
Goldhawk Road (Hammersmith & Circle Line) – 15 min walk

The street is closed to traffic, so it’s quiet and peaceful — ideal if you’re looking for a calm home in a great location.

We’re looking for a girl in her mid-20s to mid-30s who appreciates a warm, tidy, and respectful home environment, and who values both community and personal space.

Rent is £850 + bills (around £120 per month)
