Light and spacious room in friendly houseshare

Our housemate is leaving us to go travelling for 4 months so we have a room free in our lovely house from the 15th of December 2025 until the 15th of April 2026.

The bedroom is big (13m2) with lots of storage and with lots of bright light (two windows).

The house is situated very close to Askew Rd:
* 15 minutes walk to Ravenscourt Park station (District line)
* 20 minutes walk or 10 minute bus to Hammersmith Station (District, Piccadilly and Hammersmith & City Line)
* 22 minutes walk or 10 minute bus to Shepherd's Bush Station (central line and overground)
* Right in front of a Sainsbury’s - perfect for snack runs!!

The monthly rent is £1000, not including bills. Bills (wifi, water, electricity, council tax, gas) are £150 per month. There is also a security deposit of £666.

We are looking for a friendly girl (preferably working) to join our house. We are social and like cooking together, watching a film or having a drink. We like to keep the house clean and liveable so looking for someone who will fit in with us there.

You would be living with:
Olga (28), special needs teacher. Olga loves going out, gym and crafts.
Naomi (29), speech and language therapist. Naomi loves baking, walking and being active.

The house is lovely and includes three private bedrooms, one main bathroom (with shower, bath, sink and toilet), an extra toilet room, storage room (for personal use), living room, kitchen and garden.
