Lovely double bedroom in a topfloor 3 bed flat. Current housemates are 26 and 27 both working professionals. We love to socialise and want the flat to feel like a home 😁.

The bedroom comes with a built in wardrobe with drawers so there’s plenty of storage. Room under the bed for storage space, the room also comes with 1 pull out drawer on wheels. Seperate bathroom which you would share with one other flatmate.
Furniture included is the bed and bed side table. The location is perfect for transport links, Tesco shops and you have Westfield within walking distance.

Spacious, bright and well kept shared living room/kitchen area with dish washer, washing machine, fridge/freezer and other amenities. Extra storage in the living room as we all have our own cupboard each in the TV unit.

We are ideally looking for a female working professional, who is sociable and enjoys hanging out of an evening, watching rubbish TV and enjoying a take away together from time to time. We respect each other’s privacy, but would love someone who would rather be friends than just housemates.

The landlord Tom is an absolute dream, he lives in the same block as the flat in the basement which is super handy, and is always on hand if you need him for anything to do with the flat.

Bills are not included in the rent, but come to roughly £100 per month. Each housemate has responsibility of dealing with at least 1 bill & someone is solely responsible for sending everyone’s rent over to Tom the landlord every month via Direct Debit.

The room will be available from the start of Dec!
