Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely furnished double room in a friendly house share in Shepherd’s Bush. It’s available from 22nd February.

I’ve been living here for 3 years and loved every minute of it! The reason I’m leaving is to move in with family.

The Room:
The room is on the ground floor, looking out onto the front garden, so it gets nice natural light and is super quiet. It’s fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. I also have a desk that I’m happy to leave behind.

The Rent & Tenancy Details:
- £222 per week / £965 per month
- 10-month tenancy (with a break clause)
- Deposit: £965 (protected with the Deposit Protection Scheme)
- All bills included (water, gas, electricity, council tax) except internet, which is shared monthly and is £9.6 a month

The House:
Spacious, clean and recently renovated, with a big open-plan kitchen and living room (with big TV) leading to a sunny garden. There are two bathrooms (you will share with one other female), a third toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of storage.

Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with 2 girls and 2 guys, all in their 20s. Everyone’s respectful, clean, and friendly — it’s a chill vibe with space for both socialising and quiet time.

Location:
- 10 min walk to East Acton (Central line, Zone 2)
- 15 min walk to Wood Lane (Circle & H&C lines)
- Westfield, Uxbridge Rd, cafes, shops and pubs all nearby
- Excellent bus links day and night

Extras:
The agency who manages the place is super responsive and easy to deal with.
