I am looking for a second tenant to share with in a house share with just two of us. It’s a beautiful house in Cobbold Road, very close to Ravenscourt Park and also Acton on the other side. Ideally I am looking for someone similar age to me (36) a professional who is fun to be around and has similar interests as me : cooking, sports, art and someone who is tidy and enjoys having the occasional dinner party with like minded friends, enjoys walks but also likes to do their own thing. The room is medium sized, the house is wonderful with a small terrace garden and a large kitchen and sitting room with a bathroom and a downstairs loo. Plenty of storage space. I am looking for a like minded house mate, independence is key :)
