The Deal (Why it’s so cheap): The property is currently on the market for sale. Because of this, the rent is heavily discounted. In exchange for the low price, we are looking for two clean and tidy friends who don't mind keeping the place presentable for prospective buyer viewings (which take place just one day a week).
Peace of Mind: You will never be caught off guard. I guarantee a minimum of 1 month’s written notice if a sale goes through, though it will likely be much longer, giving you plenty of time to transition.
The Space & Vibe:
I am a live-in landlord, but I only stay at the property 1–2 nights a week. For the other 5–6 days a week, you essentially have a massive 90m² house entirely to yourselves.
Room 1: Large double with private en-suite bathroom.
Room 2: Large double with a modern bathroom (fully private to you 5-6 days a week).
The House: Open-plan modern kitchen/lounge, washing machine, and 4 double bedrooms in total (plenty of space).
Outside: A massive, 15-meter sunny rear garden with a picnic table (gardener included!).
Location:
Zone 2 / Central Line: Just a 2-minute walk to East Acton station. Perfect for quick commutes into Central London.
The Logistics:
Price: £1,050 per month, per person (£250/week).
Bills: Absolutely everything included (Council Tax, gas, electricity, water, and gardener).
