Whole House to rent to two friends, one room with ensuite, the second with a shared bathroom that is private 5-6 days per week.

House is for sale - So ideally looking for 2 females that are clean and tidy, as the house would be shown to prospective buyers one day a week.
I would give you a minimum 1 of one month notice in the event of a sale - so you'll never be suddenly evicted!

LIve-in landlord, but I only spend 1-2 nights a week at the property, so you essentially get a large house to yourself most of the week.

* Combined kitchen-lounge
* 4 Double bedrooms
* 2 recently-renovated bathrooms (1 of which ensuite)
* Private large sunny rear garden circa 15m long, with picnic table.

I probably mostly see this working for a couple of friends who are looking for a short-term rental, without long-term commitment in central london zone 2.
All bills included - 1,050 per month each (250 per week), I could arrange Wifi for an additional 10 per week.
Minimum term 3 months.
