Unfortunately my lovely flatmate is moving out and I am looking for a new tenant to share our house with from 1 September.
The room is located on the upper floor of a 4 bedroom shared house. There is a kitchen and a bathroom on each floor, so you’ll only be sharing the upstairs kitchen and bathroom with me.
The house is in the London Borough of Hammersmith, close to Ravenscourt Park, in a quiet residential area with good transport links to Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush Stations.
You’ll be living with an international household consisting of: me (Italian), one Romanian girl and one British guy.
We all work full time during the week, so the house is generally quiet and respectful.
The ideal flatmate is :
- Preferably a professional female;
- Clean and tidy (essential);
- Mature and respectful of the house rules (essential);
- Friendly and sociable, while also appreciating everyone’s personal space
- No couples, no pets, no full-time students .
Rent:
£700 per month (all bills and internet included)
£20 per month for electricity
