#Who we are looking for

The room would suit a professional, postgraduate student, intern or someone relocating to London for a short-term placement.

We are ideally looking for someone who:

* Is friendly, clean and respectful
* Appreciates a peaceful and comfortable home
* Will take good care of the apartment
* Does not work from home full-time
* Is looking for a stay of between two and three months

Occasional home working is absolutely fine, but the room may be better suited to someone who normally works or studies outside the apartment.

#About us

We are a friendly British-Portuguese couple. I am 34 and work full-time in finance, while my partner is British, works in the creative industry as a model and DJ, and works partly from home.

We enjoy travelling, festivals and wellness retreats and are often away, sometimes for several weeks. During those periods, you may have the apartment largely or entirely to yourself.

We are relaxed and sociable while also respectful of privacy and personal space. You would be welcome to use our kitchen equipment, utensils, bedding and towels, so there is no need to purchase everything for a short stay.
