Need someone to take over my lease for this spacious, comfortable & bright room for rent starting 10th September (however i plan to be gone by the 8th) comes half-furnished with a bed, white chest of drawers and wall shelves! The other furniture pieces i bought whilst i lived here i’m happy to offer for a good price :) There’s also an area of additional space i used as a walk-in-wardrobe, with a ceiling window that opens and lets lots of bright light & fresh air inside. Adorable, quiet area with a 5 min walk to my favourite thai and indian restaurant, Gail’s bakery, parkway greens grocer, post office, mini tesco & more!

I live with one girl in her 20s in the room next to me, and then a couple in their 20s live in the basement room downstairs. The girl and I share the bathroom, and the couple have their own bathroom downstairs. The living area & kitchen is very spacious, and there’s even a small patio area in the back where my roomate likes to keep some nice plants :) I love living here and would love to stay but moving back to America.
