Bedroom ground floor in 3 bedroom house

Our housemate is looking for someone to take over her bedroom in a 3-bedroom house in Shepherd’s Bush from 1st of October.

It’s a bright and spacious double room with plenty of natural light. The room comes furnished with a 4ft 6 double bed and a new mattress, as well as good wardrobe/storage space for both hanging and folded clothes.

The house has a shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden, and you’ll be sharing with two existing flatmates.

Rent is £800 per month, excluding bills. Bills are shared separately and include council tax, internet and water, plus gas and electricity, which are paid by top-up.

This is a change of tenant rather than a sublet, so the new tenant will need to complete the agency’s referencing process and, once approved, take over my place on the tenancy. The current tenancy runs until 28 February 2027.

The room is available from 1st of October, with some flexibility around the exact move-in date.
