Hi, I am seeking someone to rent out a double room during the week in the Wendell Park/Askew Road area of Shepherds Bush
Near to Chiswick, Hammersmith and Westfield London.
Ideally this would suit someone who has a main home out of London and needs a base during the week for three nights a week.
The maisonette is large and on two floors and has four bedrooms and 2 social rooms (eat in kitchen with sofa and also a separate sitting room)
I am a professional and work from home, so the ideal sharer would be office based
Use of all amenities, garden, kitchen, sitting room
11 minute walk to Stamford Brook Tube station and 6 minute walk to 94 Bus on Goldhawk road.
12 minute walk to Chiswick High Road

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table desk and chair as well as wardrobe and chest of drawers.
There is no traffic or flight path noise.

Common spaces are the living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The area is very quiet and residential with lots of lovely small shops and restaurants as well as the river.
