Double room in East Acton

Hi there,

We have two good size double rooms becoming available shortly in our four bedroom flat in East Acton.

Both rooms come furnished and have good storage space.

Room 1 is available from 1 December, and is on the top (second floor). It comes with a double bed, open wooden wardrobe, two chests of draws and a low small table.

Room 2 is available from 9 December, is on the ground floor and also comes with two wardrobes & drawer.

The flat: has a large backyard, a lounge with plenty of sofas, kitchen with decent cupboard space and two fridge/freezers, separate toilet and bathroom with a shower over bathtub. There is also a washing machine and dryer - handy with winter approaching!

Location: well connected, with a short walk to the East Acton tube - (Central Line, zone 2), which will take you into Shepherds Bush in 5 minutes, Notting Hill in 15 & Oxford Circus in 20.
There is a bus stop a short walk away with buses which go past the mall, towards Hammersmith etc, and a night bus which runs from Oxford Circus.

Flatmates: two lovely girls in their mid-twenties. One New Zealander and one Canadian. They are looking for friendly, relaxed and tidy people, who are happy to chat, laugh and have the occasional drink. (This has been a Kiwi/Aussie flatshare for a long time).

Females are preferred. But if you're a nice guy who can cope with an estrogen filled house, please message away!

Bills: can vary between approximately 35-80 pounds a month, depending on the time of year.

Deposit: is 475 for each room, which is paid to the departing flatmate.
(You will need to find your replacement if you leave in the future).

Rent is due on the 11th of each month, and for room 1 it will 187. 40 to cover the first 11 days, and room 2 will be 46. 85 for the first 3 days
