Large light double room in upmarket house with discounts if you don't WFH.

It's super-quiet (birdsong not traffic). High ceilings add to the sense of space and it looks over a large garden, to which you'll have full access. You'll see predominantly neighbouring trees, not buildings, from the window. You can add decoration and your own pictures to make it your own. There's plenty of room for a desk.

As well as the garden, common areas include a large kitchen and living space with washing machine, dishwasher, several sinks, fridge, cooker and mircrowave.

There are three bathrooms.

You would be joining a sociable friendly household of two others (myself and my delightful 24 yr old lodger). It has a homely vibe, not just due to the decor and subtle lighting, but because we like to chat when time allows, perhaps over a glass of wine or sometimes a meal.

If you like a walk through the park (on your way to work perhaps) or like to run, Ravenscourt Park with lake and cafe is at the bottom of the road. Need some food? A coffee shop? The local high street, Askew Road, is two minutes away. Beyond that are the shopping centres of Chiswick, Hammersmith and Westfield at Shepherds Bush.

The house offers easy access to popular places of work: Hammersmith, Chiswick Business Park, White City Innovation District, Imperial College or either of the nearby hospitals (Charing Cross in Fulham Road and Hammersmith Hospital), and of course it's great for Heathrow Airport.

GOLDHAWK ROAD TUBE - 10 minutes walk
for Metropolitan & Circle Lines.

SHEPHERD'S BUSH - 15 minutes walk (or No. 94 bus from bottom of our road) for Central Line. One resident did this route to Chancery Lane tube for 7 years.
