Two double rooms <10 mins walk to West Ealing

Hey, we are Jessica and Matt, and we're looking for two people to rent our spare rooms.

ABOUT THE ROOMS

Room One - Loft Room En-Suite

The room is on the top floor of the house and has an en-suite bathroom. It is furnished, with a king size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table.

All bills, council tax, fast internet and a cleaner (every other week) are included in the £1,200 monthly rate (the room is £950 and bills are £250).

Room Two - Double Room, shared bathroom

The room is furnished, with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table.

All bills, council tax, fast internet and a cleaner (every other week) are included in the £900 monthly rate (the room is £650 and bills are £250).

ABOUT THE HOUSE

It's in a four bedroom house in West Ealing, London, on a peaceful and leafy residential street. It's spacious and bright. There is a good size living / dining room and kitchen. There's a small garden with a couple of seats.

The neighbours are quiet and friendly.

It's a great location. In less than 10 mins you can walk to West Ealing which is on the Elizabeth Line. Ealing Broadway, which has lots of restaurants and two cinemas, is about 20 mins walk way. There's street parking if you have a car.

ABOUT US

Jessica works in Corporate Social Responsibility and Matt is a film maker. We are expecting a baby in late January and plan to spend the vast majority of maternity leave out of London, leaving in March. While we will be living elsewhere, we will still come and go from the house occasionally, either to see family and friends in London or for Matt's work. We anticipate not being around very much, so you will mostly have the house to yourselves, but when we are here we are friendly and like a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. Both of us love to read, cook and watch TV and movies. We like to keep the place clean and mostly tidy. If you're looking for a party house, this probably isn't for you.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking to rent out two rooms to lodgers. We are open as to whether the two people know each other already, or not.

We are looking for people who are trustworthy and will be considerate - and we will be considerate to you.

Ideally you will be similarly clean and tidy to us and will be happy to look after the place well. It's important to have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere here, and all feel that we can get along easily.

We are open to people who want other arrangements, e. g. week days only or one week on / one week off, and we can discuss potentially adjusting the rate accordingly.
