Queens Club Gardens boasts a beautiful private garden square with tennis courts, and is equidistant from Barons Court Station and West Kensington Station (7 min walk) and near to West Brompton Station and Fulham Broadway Station (15 minute walk).

Room is fully furnished, with double bed, desk, bookshelf and spacious built-in wardrobes. Large front-facing window with a view of the garden and tennis courts.

Sizeable shared living room and kitchen with lots of storage. Bathroom shared with one other flatmate, and there is an additional toilet off the hallway.

Flatmates are two 30-ish professionals looking for a considerate, friendly, tidy individual who enjoys a good Thai takeaway and a glass of wine. The flat is non-smoking, as are communal areas in the building.

We have a very friendly cat named Joseph, who loves human attention and would appreciate a flatmate who sometimes works from home and can keep him company.

Room is available from 6 November but current tenant is leaving in early October so there is some flexibility.

Bills come to just under £100 most months and are split between all flatmates. We let through an agent who will require references and a deposit.
