Room in Olympia Hammersmith-ASAP move in preferred

Hiya,

We're 3 friends looking to replace our roommate Nikita who's just moved out.

It would be ideal if the move could happen before 6th August, but we can of course be flexible as that's coming up very soon.

It's a really good location for travel, very near the Piccadilly line (Baron's Court) + District line (West Kensington) + Mildmay Overground (Kensington Olympia) and a short walk to both Hammersmith and High Street Kensington which has a ton more connections and things to do. It's also a very pretty area, surrounded by parks and straight across from the newly opened Kensington Olympia (helpful if you're looking for a hospitality job lol)

The flat and room itself are on the cosy side, hence the lower than average price for the area. The room comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, sideboard, mirror, and chair. Additional wardrobe space available just outside the room door.

We like to keep the flat clean while respecting eachother's space and privacy. We also like to do an occasional board game night or go to the pub from time to time.

You'll be living with Andrea, Antonio and Alessandro. We're mostly musicians and bartenders so the household vibe is on the arty side.
