The flat is on the third and fourth floor of a large Marylebone town home. The first floor of the flat is the kitchen, living room, and my bedroom. The second floor has the master bedroom and bathroom.

Flat is three minutes walk to Bond Street tube station, two blocks from Marylebone high street, and 10 minute walk to Regents Park.
2. Quite - the flat is on a quite street and well insulated. You will not hear the neighbors or even me when I am home!
3. Size - all the rooms in the flat are HUGE (including the bathroom).
4. Deliveries accepted - there are offices downstairs which means there is someone home to accept packages during the day!

I am a 33-year old professional female who works and travels a lot. When I am home it's mostly to sleep and relax.
Ideal flatmate would be a professional mid-30s (male or female is fine) who is has a similar lifestyle and respects privacy.
