Well-Priced Room Next To Hyde Park

Hello,

My name is Dylan and I'm looking for someone to take over one of the rooms in my apartment in Central London. My current roommate is planning on moving out in mid-May and I am looking for someone to take her room starting in June.

The apartment is a very spacious flat (92 sq meters) located within 5 minutes walking distance to Hyde Park and the Marble Arch tube station. There are plenty of lovely shops and things to do in the area once places start opening up, and the street that the apartment is on has several boutique businesses so the location is very nice!

The apartment is currently furnished, although the furnishing was done by me and my current roommate so it would need to be figured out whether to keep the existing furniture or not for the room that's freeing up.

As for myself, I am a software engineer who mostly spends time working on the computer. However, I also have a variety of hobbies including cooking, dancing, music (I play guitar but keep it quiet), and I'm trying to get into growing herbs. I love to chat and socialize, but I also value privacy and the ability to have alone time. I've lived with many people in the past so I'm used to working with others' preferences in various living situations :)
