Hi were Emily (28 UK) and Toby (25 UK) looking for a third housemate to share our spacious home with.

The room available is a small double room which costs £867 per month excluding bills. Bills are around £150 a month each. The room is furnished with a double bed, drawers, shelving and a large dresser.

Emily has been here for a couple of years and Toby joined last year. Our current flatmate is moving back to New Zealand. We’re looking for someone to move in around mid June so would like to arrange viewings within the next couple of weeks. We’re in a great spot (quiet residential street but super central) with lots of transport options; 5 mins walk from Marylebone station, 7 mins from Baker Street and 10 mins from Marble Arch.

We’re both quite busy with work and socially. The house is a quiet and calm space where we are mindful of each other’s personal space. We have a large lounge where we like to watch TV, have a few friends around every now and then or have the occasional drink together.
