I’m currently looking for three female flatmates to move in immediately. I haven’t shifted into the flat yet but have been given permission to do the marketing and find my own flatmates.

It’s a newly renovated property, and no one has lived in it yet, so everything is fresh and in excellent condition. The flat is in a prime central location — just a 5-minute walk from Oxford Street and 2 minutes from Marble Arch Station.

The flat has 4 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms (both with baths), and a shared living room and kitchen.

I’m looking for clean, tidy, and friendly individuals — ideally students or young professionals — who would enjoy a comfortable and sociable living environment.
