Double Bedroom, lounge and work space

I am sadly leaving my wonderful room in central London so looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

The room is a double which is furnished, including a desk if you are working from home. It has 2 large windows so is very bright and airy and a good amount of storage space (wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelves). The flat itself has a communal lounge, kitchen and a bathroom and a cleaner that comes once per week. It is situated in a building with a concierge which is very handy for deliveries and if you forget your keys. The letting agent and maintenance men also work from the building so if you have any questions you can pop down and see them.

You would be living with two really great housemates. Chris has lived in the flat for the last 9 years and works in logistics for a food company. Jonathon moved in at the beginning of the year and works for the government. Both are super fun and in non-covid times like going out for drinks or to the local pub for the quiz where we have a solid track record of coming second. With covid we arrange drinks/playstation/movie nights in the house.

It is a 10 minute walk from Marble Arch station, Edgware Road and Paddington so the Circle, Hammersmith and City, District, Bakerloo and mainline all easily accessible. There are also lots of buses that go down Edgware road to get you all over London. Local supermarkets are Waitrose and Tesco which are a maximum of 5 minutes away, and there are also lots of local shops with fresh veg and food. If you fancy going out there are multiple local pubs and some really great restaurants around to explore. There is a local gym about 5 minutes away and of course Hyde Park which is only round the corner.

The contract runs through to May but can be renewed then with the boys. I am happy to move out whenever, although referencing and contract signing tends to take a couple of weeks to sort.

Rent: £770.67
Other bills: Internet, electric, water and council tax come to around £100 per month and then we have a cleaner that comes every week which is £24 which we rotate paying for.
