One double bedroom available in Beautiful, two bedroom homely flat situated between Notting Hill Gate and Queensway Tube Stations and a 2minute walk from Kensington Gardens. The flat is within a gated entrance for extra security and has a little garden of its own.

My existing tenant is a lovely, very clean and tidy, respectful and friendly girl who currently works a lot from home.

We are looking for someone who is pleasant, friendly, clean, tidy and who would treat my lovely flat as their home and is a good character match with my existing tenant. Someone who enjoys having company and chatting in the evenings but also likes and respects space.
