Flat: Sofabed 4-12Jul *short let* Paddington

Please read carefully:

I am looking for a trustworthy, cat-loving person who wants a place to stay short-term and is ok to take care of my cat Scrappy for a reduced price during your stay for the below stated period

*DATES: July 4- July 12th*
THE FLAT IS ONLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN THOSE DATES
Couples are welcome but there is only one sofa bed available.

Bills for the week are included as long as you are using electricity, water and heating reasonably.
£20 cleaning fee will be deducted at the end of your stay.

Will ask for the full amount of rent + deposit upfront.

You will have the entire flat for yourself for a discounted weekly rent but in return, I would ask you to treat my cat with respect

The flat is furnished and has all the necessary amenities you can think of (fridge, freezer, washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, oven, air fryer, pots & pans, etc.)
While the flat has a bedroom, you won't have access to this area. I would ask you to remain in the common area. You have access to the kitchen, bathroom, washing room and as mentioned, you have the flat to yourself.

I would want to meet you at least once in person so I can get to know you a little bit more + see if my cat would feel comfortable around you (and vice versa!) :)
