Sublet in Paddington/Maida Vale/Little Venice!

Amazing double room available for a SUBLET with a view to Little Venice.

I am going travelling between end of January - May and will be subletting my lovely room to a girl who is looking to move in the area and this could be a good way to explore London and West without the long term commitment. Exact move in and move out dates can be negotiated.

Room:
Double bedroom, with built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and night stand. Double glazed windows that overlook Little venice.

Flat:
We have a large living room with sofa, TV and a dining table. Bathroom shared only with 1 person, kitchen with all required amenities, washing machine, dish washer. separate cupboards and shared fridge. There is also a small terrace which you can enter either from the kitchen or living room area.

3 stations close by: Warwick avenue - 5-7 mins, Royal Oak - 5-7Mins, Paddington 10 mins walking

Bills: £970 per month including Wifi and council tax. Electricity is paid monthly separately and depending on the season it varies between £50 - £100 pm.

Flatmate:
Currently living with my lovely flatmate Jore (F30) who is a working professional and is into gym, running, travelling, doing classpass over the weekend (if you know you know) and always knows a good brunch or coffee spot to go to. She is a hybrid worker so works 2-3 in the week from home.

Terms:
Rent will be paid monthly on the 1st of each month.
