Looking for someone to sublet my lovely rooms in a clean, friendly flatshare located in Bayswater area.. Available from 10 July to 05 to September.

There are two fully furnished rooms with plenty of natural light. One room has a comfy double-size bed, TV and drawers, while the other room has the sofa and study/work desk - two for the price of one!

You’ll be sharing the flat with 2 friendly and respectful professionals. There is a cleaning & supplies rotation among the housemates which you will need to join. You can either clean yourself or hire a cleaner to do so for you - I can help you find a cleaner if the latter is your preference.

The flat has a kitchen, bathroom and extra toilet room. Wi-Fi and all other bills are included in the rent — just move in and relax!
