A large double bedroom with sole use of modern shower room.. Shared use of luxury kitchen/diner with all modern amenities, DW, Washing Machine, Microwave. Use of sitting room when I am away which is often.
I am a friendly easy going lady owner who has successfully had 2 Mon-Fri tenants for the past 15 years. It has been an enjoyable experience for both parties and it is only because my current tenant is moving job that I am looking for a replacement.
I'm looking for a friendly, professional and responsible (aged 35 years +) flat mate who will be respectful of the luxury amenities in the flat.
References and proof ID are required.
