We are renting out a double bedroom in our flat due to our flatmate leaving for the summer vacation. The location is very ideal, there's access to three tube stations (Royal Oak, Paddington and Warwick Avenue) within walking distance, and the flat overlooks a nice park. Facilities are all within walking distance. The flat has modern furnishings and comes with two cool flatmates who will be available if you have any questions during the stay! It's also very close to Hyde Park in case you fancy going for a run, as well as several gyms and studios around the house.
Bills (gas, WiFi, electricity, water and council tax) are included and couples are welcome (additional £600 for a couple). Council Tax Band D property.
Rent and dates are negotiable.
