If you would like it to be move in ready i. e. to rent my furniture/decorations, there is £2000 pound fee per 6 months and it includes my bed frame and mattress, my kitchen table and TV, couch, my kitchen items like plates and mugs and pots and pans and silverware, and everything else you see in the flat. Updated appliances added to the flat like a dryer other items negotiable. (All furniture is mine so I’m either renting to you, selling it or storing it) I can remove the changeover fee if you choose to rent my furniture.
