I need to find a flatmate to renew the lease together at my current place where I’ve been living for 1 year
About the flat:
- 2B1B, 5 min walk to Paddington station, very convenient transportation links.
- £2900 whole flat (£1482 as the room for rent is slightly bigger - Bedroom 1 on the floor plan)
- Start ASAP, 1 year contract (Sep-Oct start dates we can discuss), break clause we need to discuss with the landlord
- We will apply to the agency together and agency will handle references checks etc. Very good agency from last year’s experience.
- Council Tax band D
- Bill reference: I spent £134 per month last year on water + electricity + gas + council tax + wifi
About me:
- I’m a working professional (Data & AI)
- Female, 31
- I respect culture difference (which we’ll likely discover a lot hhh), so really love to promote a space where we can talk
- Having said that I’m naturally not a super extrovert person, so would prefer some quiet living space too
- I don’t smoke, drink a little only occasionally
- I don’t party and not very likely to bring people home
- I’m a clean person. Will do regular cleaning as agreed with flatmate.
