Spacious Double Room in between Paddington, Notting Hill, and Portobello Road with balcony and all bills included.

After a year and a half here I'm moving out to start a Master's degree, and I'm looking for a tenant to take over my tenancy!

We're a social bunch all working full-time in various hard-to-describe jobs across London. We'll often chat in the kitchen in the evenings, but we also respect each other's space, and we all take turns to keep on top of cleaning the shared spaces. It's a lovely area to live and I'll miss it a lot!

The important bit:
You'll be on an entirely new contract all handled with the estate agents (I'm covering the transfer fee). Deposit is five week's rent, and you'll need a guarantor. Student/Employed are welcome. All included, including council tax, utilities, internet.

Furnishings:
Bed, wardrobe, bedside table included with the room. I'll be taking my desk and the big bookcase :)

Facilities/Rooms:
The flat has two bathrooms (one with a shower), a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. There’s no living room, but the balcony and kitchen are our main shared spaces.
