Well located single room - W2

I'm looking for an (ideally) female non-smoker to share a flat with a single room with a shared bathroom and kitchen. Furniture (including a mini fridge/freezer) is included. There's also a garden!
You will be sharing the flat with my husband and me.
My husband is retired and is a quiet person.
Some days visiting friends, mostly keeping himself busy.
I have a full time job which keep me busy and so would appreciate someone who respects that, having said that I enjoy a good conversation and occasionally sharing a meal I'm also incredibly clean and quite neat and so looking for someone who will keep communal areas very clean as well.


The room has overhanging cupboards, there's also be a wardrobe suitable for hanging clothes where the Ikea box currently stands.

The flat is very well located and close to several tube stations including Royal Oak, Paddington, Bayswater, Queensway and Warwick Avenue and is also a few minutes walk to bus stops for the numbers 6, 7, 18, 23, 27, 36, 46, 414 and more.
