The flat has Hyde Park in view from the balcony and is just 5-10 mins walk from Lancaster Gate (Central line), Bayswater (District/Circle line) or Paddington (Bakerloo or Hammersmith lines). Within 10/25 mins walk of Westbourne Grove, Notting Hill and Oxford St. In all - perfect location and transport links! The room is furnished with a double bed (storage underneath), large triple door wardrobe and chest of drawers. Furniture can be moved around to make space for a desk if you need to wfh. Living room has tv/comfy couch. Small (perfectly functional) kitchen with dishwasher. Access to a lovely balcony which is a perfect sun trap in summer.
