Friendly easy going flat with links into London

Sadly I’m moving back to my hometown and I’m leaving this great room in an unique flat. The moving date is fixed on 31st July for advertising purposes but it is flexible and can be negotiated.

The House

The apartment is on the first floor of an Edwardian house divided into two flats (Ground Floor and First Floor) and it is managed by a trust that owns many properties on the street.

It consists of 3 bedrooms for single use (2 of them already occupied), a fully equipped kitchen, a massive living room, a complete bathroom with bathtub and shower and a service toilet. All the flat has very high ceilings (3m) and It also has an attic that we use as storage room and backyard garden that is maintained by the administrator, keeping it always very clean and neat, so you won´t need to look after the grass or anything else on the garden.

The room

The room, as mentioned above, is for single use and comes with a double bed, side table, a massive wardrobe and a set of selves. It is also very bright with a lot of light coming from the exterior as it is south-west oriented.

The bed can be rotated and accommodated within the walls, perpendicular to the position shown on the pictures and it will provide enough space to place the desk that is stored in the attic.

The neighbourhood

The area where the house is located is very quiet and tranquil, far from main roads so there is no disturbing traffic noises at all. It is also really well connected with central London as you will have Ealing Common station (5-min walk distance) with District and Piccadilly lines, and also West Acton station (7-min walk)

In terms of supermarkets you will have a Sainsbury (opening 7-23 h) next to Ealing Common station, a couple of convenience stores outside of West Acton station and a Morrison’s in Acton Central (10-min walk) plus all the shops, supermarkets and the shopping centre in Ealing Broadway.

The housemates

Probably one of the best things in the house, the two lovely girls you will be sharing the house with. They both are very nice, easy going and young professionals on their 30s from UK and Australia.
