There are 2 bathrooms and a large garden with patio and a driveway for a single car. There's also a dishwasher and a washing machine.

There is currently a guy and 2 girls who are all friendly and love to have a drink/meal together but also respect each other's space and time.

Rent is:
- £650 for the double room

Water + council tax is included in the rent but electricity, gas and WiFi work out to be around £30 a month.
