Family home. We’ve had a lodger for the last few years and we still meet up with a few of them.
Fully furnished with double bed, desk and ergonomic desk chair, 2nd screen, good for WFH days, reading chair, large 49” TV with Netflix and Amazon, Wi-Fi, loads of storage.
Share kitchen living dining room, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and garden (with barbecue). The adjoining shower room is primarily for the lodger. There are two other bathrooms in the house so you would not get any competition. There is also a spare room in the loft you can use occasionally if you have family or friends visiting.
On street parking available if you pay the resident parking fee or visitor permits.
My wife is a nurse, I am a tech consultant and we have two kids, who are well behaved. We would like a friendly lodger. We both like to cook and you’d be welcome to join in. We do dinner parties occasionally. We are active, like movies and box sets. We’re easy going.
